Systematic Theology
Systematic Theology differs from Biblical Theology in that systematics attempts to formulate an orderly and coherent account of the Christian faith. The old name for it is Dogmatic Theology, or the established beliefs of a theological system. Systematic theology draws on the Bible, while also examining the development of Christian doctrine over the course of history. Another branch of theology is Historical Theology.
The CRC Library currently has a selection of Systematic Theology titles, but it is useful to have newer copies or even duplicate copies of popular works.
